Sue's mission is to empower students of all levels and ages with practical stress reduction tools. She guides students to increase awareness of body, mind, and spirit, and encourages a practice of self compassion. Sue cultivates a vibrant but peace-filled, non-competitive and non-judgmental, learning and practicing environment.
In addition to teaching yoga, Sue holds a Master’s degree in Marine Biology.
She served the University of Georgia for ten years in the husbandry department at the Savannah aquarium on Skidaway Island.
