Restorative yoga serves to relax and heal both body and mind. This practice is appropriate for yoga students of all ages and levels. Surrender onto a bolster and enjoy the support of blankets beneath you as you melt into each pose. Let your worries slide away as you bring the awareness to your breath. Reconnect with yourself as you are led through a full body relaxation before taking rest in Sarvasana.

7:30pm I do not charge for these classes, but a $10 donation is gratefully accepted. Located on Tybee Island near the Gulick Street walkover at the North Beach Parking lot. A gentle yoga class appropriate for students of any age and level. During the last 15 minutes of class enjoy deep relaxation. Bring a towel or mat. You do not need to feed the meter after 8pm!

Yoga at the Workplace
Weekly Classes
A one hour gentle yoga class at your workplace. Moving slowly between poses for just the right balance between strengthening and stretching muscles. During the last 15 minutes of class enjoy deep relaxation. This hour long experience helps to leave you feeling refreshed, reconnected, and relaxed. Prior experience IS NOT necessary and one need not be flexible to take this class.
Can be conducted during the lunch hour, at the end of the work day, or at another time that best suits your employees’ needs. Students can practice on a towel if they don’t have a mat (mats can be purchased for $15 at Target, Walmart, Marshall’s, or TJ Maxx).

A thirty minute chair yoga session at your annual retreat or meeting. The perfect way to begin a meeting. This session helps to leave individuals feeling relaxed, positive, and focused.
