Reiki Treatment Testimonials
"Sue Finkle did a Reiki treatment on me. It left me so calm and centered. It was like "limping" to her table and leaving with a calm kind of energy that stayed with me for many days. While I meditate every day and know how to be calm, Sue’s Reiki treatment was like nothing I've ever experienced. I highly recommend that, if anyone ever thought of trying Reiki, go for it! Go for it with Sue! She's amazing!"

“My Reiki experience with Sue was amazing. I had pain in both wrists, forearms and hands for months. I tried ace bandages, wrist braces, even massage, nothing helped – at all. Sue suggested I try Reiki. I was familiar with Reiki, but had never experienced it for myself. I met with Sue excited to see what would happen, but not completely optimistic. Sue worked on my wrists, hands, and forearms for almost an hour. I left feeling great, but I knew the real test would come when I went to work. Well, from that day on – I can honestly say the pain has never returned. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Sue for Reiki. With her help, I am pain free!”

"Sue is a caring professional in her yoga classes and Reiki treatments. She has been a healing teacher for me in both areas, in the way she carries herself and opens her heart to those she comes into contact with. For this I hold her in great honor. Namaste."

“I didn’t know what to expect when I came to have my first Reiki treatment, in fact I wasn’t at all sure just what Reiki was. I had received acupuncture treatments before, and just assumed that it was kind of like acupuncture – just no needles.
Sue invited me into her home and immediately made me feel comfortable. We chatted for quite a while, and she explained what she was going to do, and what I could expect. Tanner and TJ (Sue’s furry friends) also welcomed me and helped to relax me.
Sue has a lovely Reiki room in her house, which is where we went for the treatment: It is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I lay down on the table, and then Sue covered me with light blankets; calming music played in the background. Sue left for a few minutes to prepare herself for the treatment, while I lay paralyzed with fear – JUST KIDDING!
The treatment was very comforting: I sought the treatment because I had pain, and while my pain was not immediately and miraculously gone, there was an abatement of pain and feelings of comfort and warmth. It wasn’t “woo-woo” at all, and I was pleased to discover that no animal sacrifice was involved. My surprise came as weeks passed and the pain slowly lessened, as if my body was healing a little bit at a time.
I have had multiple Reiki treatments from Sue since my first treatment (not for the same malady), and consider Reiki a wonderful option for healing. Sue is a compassionate healer and someone I feel blessed to call friend. Now, what she calls me is entirely another matter...”

How people feel about Sue's teaching style...
"Sue Finkle creates a class that is beneficial and enjoyable for people that have never done yoga as well as students with years of experience. She offers advanced approaches to poses as well as techniques for the beginner, with excellent instruction for any sort of student."
Sarah, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
"Gentle, accepting, warm and wise, Sue is attentive to the body and the spirit. Her work is quiet, but I feel the effects in my muscles and joints lingering gently for days. Not soreness, just awareness."
Rena, teacher, Savannah Country Day School
"I had enjoyed a yoga class in the past, but when the instructor left the area, I let finding another class slip off my calendar for much too long. I have been so excited to have found Sue - she's simply the best! My job is typically stressful, yet I can leave her class with new energy and completely relaxed. There are numerous benefits to yoga, such as increasing physical strength and flexibility, stress reduction, increased level of concentration and improved blood circulation. For me, it's a win-win situation....lose the stress and gain many other positive results in the process!"
Ouida Fox, Firm Administrator, Hunter, Maclean, Exley, & Dunn, P.C.
"I have a deep respect for Sue’s teaching style. There is no presumption in ability or skill level. She walks each individual through the class and allows them to participate at their own pace. I leave her class feeling radiant."

What people think about yoga at the work place...
"We recently started an at-work class on Mondays, and it is the perfect way to start the week. We have participants of different ages and body types, beginners and some with yoga experience, yet Sue reminds us all to "honor our bodies without judgment." And for a woman that's not always easy! Sue creates a warm and welcoming environment, gently coaches us into movements that energize and relax the body and mind, and helps to eliminate the stress of the day. Sue is an exceptional teacher and I highly recommend an at work program for any business."
Ouida Fox, Firm Administrator, Hunter, Maclean, Exley, & Dunn, P.C.
